Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• An unboxing video or clear image proof may be required for verification.

Once the issue is verified, our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

After your return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products without valid proof (photo/video)
